 Here you can download the discography of Mahalia Jackson. This fifth edition is probably the last to be published here. In the 23 years I've been working on this documents, a lot of people out there have provided information. A great thanks goes to all of them. However, it got quiet in the last years. Most of the corrections and additions came from the Complete Mahalia CD series. Now I'm in contact with Wikipedia to publish the discography there as part of the Mahalia pages.The new documents are processed using LibreOffice Writer V6.4. Starting from approximately 300 pages Ms-Word was simply overtaxed. Also handling linked pictures is substantially simpler in Writer. But as the document has grown more and more a new problem has arisen.
Rebuilding the Table-of-Contents destroyed the document by inserting unwanted page breaks throughout the document. Although I tried to create a reproducer small enough to send it to the developers many times, it was pure luck that I finally could create one. They found out that the reason is the many tables in the document. The solution was to move the tables in a separate document (Sessions).
